Our story
Why we are building Zova
Too many people hand over their keys without knowing what the job should cost, what was really done, or who to turn to if it goes wrong. Good workshops struggle to stand out for the right reasons. Zova exists to fix both sides of that.
What we believe
Four things we hold to
Prices should be known
Price guides come from what owners of your vehicle really paid on past Zova jobs.
Work should be shown
Photos of the work and the parts used, before a job can be closed.
Workshops should earn trust
ID checks, a premises visit and a probation month come first. Grades then follow real performance.
Customers deal with the workshop
You pay the workshop directly, in cash or by card. Zova does not hold your money.
Our two apps
One for customers, one for workshops
For customers
- Add your vehicle
- Describe the problem and get private quotes
- Compare grade, rating, distance and price guide
- Follow your job and check the proof before you pay
For workshops
- Take requests and quote privately
- Set your services, guarantees and availability
- Add managers for each branch
- Upload proof and build your grade
Where
Starting in Abuja
We are launching across Abuja's main workshop clusters, such as Karu, Nyanya, Wuse, Kubwa, Maitama, Asokoro, Garki and Gwarinpa, and spreading across districts as more workshops join.
Launching first in Abuja
We are vetting our first workshops now. Zova for customers and Zova Business for workshops will arrive on the App Store and Google Play when we open.
